First of all our project manager discussed the top requirements with client. As our main objective was to get to market as soon as possible project manager ordered user stories by priority and after development team provide estimates – organise it into 2-weeks sprint.
Since development started team followed scrum flow with daily standup ( reporting about development progress, plans and blockers if any ), sprints retrospective to continuously improve delivery quality.
Based on doc created from requirement QA engineer was able to create test plan and assure software quality.
Summary: Such Agile software development flow allow us to minimize client risks and get to market with 2 month since he started idea discussion with ZaraffaSoft. After successful release team were able to continue development in Agile flow adding more features with each iteration and giving client final software release at the end of each week.
