Terravision is a transport company dealing with mostly inexpensive transfers from the airport. Terravision moves people between airports and cities, mainly in London and Rome. We are contacted by the company's chief technical officer, who is responsible for online services and other IT departments.

Q: Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
A: ZaraffaSoft has saved our hides. Without the resources from their side, we wouldn't have a development team. Beyond this, ZaraffaSoft has been great to work with. Their developers have great English skills, are very smart, and willing to challenge us at every level. They've been able to understand business needs, and I've been very happy with ZaraffaSoft.
Q: How did ZaraffaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?
A: I'm a lean Agile coach, so project management was my responsibility. ZaraffaSoft has delivered business value to us on a constant basis. We used Confluence and Google Docs for documentation, as well as GitHub for version control.
Q: What did you find most impressive about ZaraffaSoft?
A: I appreciated the fact that ZaraffaSoft's principal was always willing to accommodate our needs, as opposed to other developers we spoke with, which pretty much had a waterfall approach.
ZaraffaSoft was open to alternative contractual arrangements, including dollar-oriented contracts, where a portion of the profit is shared as payment. ZaraffaSoft was also happy to charge us on a time-and-materials basis.
ZaraffaSoft's principal is a technical person himself, which was a change from other sales people I had contacted, who had no technical knowledge and wouldn't let me speak to developers, either.
